Submission Guidelines for the All-Ages Kirk/Spock Archive
 art by Gwen
Material must be K/S (Kirk and Spock are romantically involved or have the potential to be. Exceptions
are made for K&S friendship material and other Kirk or Spock gen fic/art that can be read as and enjoyed by fans of K/S, unless either of
them have a different romantic partner at the same time. In other words, things that are just plain character portraits are fine.
We draw the PG-13 line at mention of genitalia, and that includes genitalia while in playful use.
Notice I do not specify which type of genitalia; no fair cheating by making up something complicated
and exotic for Spock ;-) We are not depriving the men of their valuable body parts; it's just that,
for the purpose of this website, they save them for each other, not the audience.
Sex scenes can be mentioned, but not described in detail. For example, fading to black, or mentioning "and then they made love" is okay.
Someone saying they would like to make love is okay also. That's about it, though. There are plenty of ways for a story to be hot without getting into the whole graphic sex thing. Plenty of examples line the website -- check them out! And revel in kissing and cuddling!
For art purposes, no naked men means no naked butts either. Naked chests are okay. Suspect bulges will be examined with a magnifying glass *g*
I haven't had to deal with a question of K/S/? yet. I'd prefer not to include it, though.
BDSM is okay if you can find a way to make it fit our guidelines, but make sure it's clearly marked (or I'll do it for you!)
Email submissions in .html, .txt, or .doc format ONLY to Farfalla at blueberrysnail @ yahoo.com and mention that it's an AAK/SA submission.
If you're sending me a Word document, please turn off Smart Quotes.
Please send things in JPG format if GIF winds up being ten times as large a filesize, and if possible,
please try not to submit 600K images, because, as the largest K/S art site on the internet, we use an immense amount of bandwidth already. If you don't
know how to format your images to a smaller resolution, just ask.
Thanks! We look forward to receiving your contributions!
