<BR>"Room reserved under 'Kirk'," Kirk said, tapping his his ident-chip on
the hotel lobby counter. Spock stood at the ready behind him.

"Two single beds?"
<BR><BR>
"No, one double bed."
<BR><BR>
"That isn't what the computer says."
<BR><BR>
"When the clerk on the commlink confirmed my reservation, it was a
room with a double bed."
<BR><BR>
"Oh. I see. It looks like it was corrected. Your traveling companion
is listed as a Vulcan."
<BR><BR>
"Could you 'correct' it back?"
<BR><BR>
"I'm sorry, it's hotel policy not to double unmarried guests in beds."
<BR><BR>
"Policy? Well, you'd better rethink your policy, because this is
unacceptable. Me and my HUSBAND are going to take our business elsewhere."
